TechNet is a United States political lobbying organization which represents public policy interests for technology issues. It operates through a network of CEOs and Senior Executives to promote the growth of technology and the innovation economy. At last count, it represents two million employees and $800 billion in revenues.
Members include Dell, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Morgan Stanley, Intel, EMC, NASDAQ, Western Digital, Yahoo, Apple and many other venture capitalists, investment institutions, and large companies with a vested interest in US Congressional legislation.

The Technet are a fictional group of interdimensional travelling bounty hunters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The characters appeared mostly in the pages of Captain Britain and Excalibur.
The Technet is a team of bounty hunters, founded and originally led by a villain called Gatecrasher, from various other dimensional worlds. For a price they will hunt down and capture fugitive sentient beings, rescue prisoners from captivity, or track down and retrieve lost objects of value. TechNet is provided as a free service to the global immunization community, with the generous support of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
The TechNet-21 website enables immunization professionals to learn about and discuss the latest developments in immunization. The website offers the following tools.
- Forum—a place for users to share experiences, coordinate activities, and discuss recent developments in immunization.
- News—information on the latest immunization news, new job and proposal listings, and an immunization events diary.

The TechNet Alliance was founded by ANSYS Channel Partners in 1998 and has grown into a global network of CAE companies and, as such, constitutes one of the longest standing CAE Alliances in the world.
